Perfectly real, fairly uncommon piece produced in the early 90s. |

I'd said even few years earlier, but as Roff said, perfectly real. |

91 is my oldest catalog. There are 200m/wr auto and quartz Colt with a normal (Colt's) bezel and 300m/wr auto and quartz Shark with its (Shark's) normal bezel in it. The one on the ebay have Shark's dial (and cal.10), but without model name on it which all 3 hand Shark's have and uncommon bezel. My guess would be that it is older model from which Shark and Colt evolve, but it's just a guess. Do you maybe have a different 91 catalog? ![]() |

No, different catalogue, and pretty sure that this was never in a catalogue. It's not a limited edition as claimed in the listing, just a limited production special edition - there were a couple of logo dial versions as well (one Spanish or Italian I think), but to the best of my knowledge it never made it to a 'real' documented model. |

Of course it's not a LE. Closest model to this one is Maritime and can be seen on page 11... http://www.breitlingsource.com/books_1985.shtml Don't have catalogs older than '91, but it might be just as you said, that it wasn't officially documented. If it wasn't, correct year would be difficult to determine. |
