Found this watch on craigslist, super interested but really hesitant. Can you all tell me if this is legit and second is the bezel factory or aftermarket crap?

Probably better off that you did.. The case back opened is never a good sign on a newer piece, and chances are that it may needed a lot of work. You can find a good one with an aftermarket bezel for around 3, but in much better shape than that. Just be patient and shop around.
