Looks more like franken to me.
Second photo looks real watch with old date font.
To me it looks like real Old Navi with wrong caseback.

To me also, might be the photo.
Dial, hands, date font, slide rule insert look real to me.
Never mind, caseback is not right and it has been reported.

I think the caseback is off a fake A23322 in that it appears to have the usual common serial number, 503959
