I came across this whilst browsing the net looking at watches: http://www.nikolaspatrick.co.uk/shop/breitling-avenger/

It looks like a Super Avenger II to me and not an Avenger as described. Quite certain that it's also on a DPIII strap too.
Can anyone confirm if this is real or fake?

I've been to several London ADs and they all said they won't be getting the SA2 until end of September, so I'm quite surprised to see one for sale at a pawnbrokers so soon (at a good price too).

On the photo is SA2.

I'm actually not sure, and recently I've been heavy on the hunt in the Avenger line.
If you look close it has the Avenger bezel with the 5 minute markers. But has the coloring of a super avenger in the sub dials. The top sub dial has three pieces of red trim around it.
Also note there is a part of the baton at the 6 hour mark.
Both Avengers and most recent SA's have lumed dots at that position, no half baton.

Possibly a fake...? But dont just trust my newbie eye. Let the real experts in here give their opinion.
