I need help identifying a Breitling whether its fake or real, I have attached a photo of the front of the watch and caseback. Hope this is enough information. Thanks.

I believe that there is a quality fake of this model, I wouldn't want to call it on those photos.

:welcome:

Looks OK to me (at least from the front). The only fake Colt 44 I know of is a quartz model with incorrect date font, pearl and ref # on the case back. This looks fine.

Agree with Fred that the case back looks cheap but I've no idea what it should look like.

only pic I found, seems different ?
afraid this is not a watch I'll ever handle in the metal, maybe someone has better pics ?
saw several replicas of this model during my search btw.

Yeah I just had to do it at this angle which made it look worse, because I didn't want to show the serial number in the photo.

The caseback is exactly the same as this one.

Oh also there is a stamped and dated warranty card with Ernest Jones as the retailer with receipt provided as well but I believe this can be faked so just wanted confirmation from here.

If the serial numbers match on watch, warrant and COSC then you are fine.

They do match yes, but can't fakes have those as well?

I have never seen a full set of matching serial documents with a fake.
