Post subject:  Real or Fake: If so what model?

I recently received this watch as a gift for my 30th. After receiving the watch, I began to educate myself on these time pieces as I previously was not a big watch guy. After much research I can only believe one of two things; either the watch is fake, or the watch is a combination of two older watches. Possibly a Bentley Motors T face and a Bentley 6.75 caseback. I appreciate all the feedback. Also, the watch was purchased at a local jewelers and returning it is not an issue.

The sliderule is wrong, the subdials are wrong, the date font is wrong and the date wheel is sunken, the hands aren't correct, there's no anti reflective coating and the caseback is for a different model than this is claiming to be.

Photos are really small, but it looks to me that you have a genuine Bentley Motors dial inside Bentley 6.75 case.

Hard to see, but date font also might be ok.
OP gave us a hint that it can be the case.
Believe that better photos will confirm that.

Better pictures would definitely help - maybe I'm just seeing what I expect to see.

Suspect that there's also a story - there usually is......

I have no story to go along with what i originally stated. I received it as a gift for my 30th bday and was ignorant to time pieces. I began to investigate through the model # on the caseback and other photos on the web and could not find a face that looked like mine. When i did find a face that looked like mine I noticed it was a different model altogether. I just surmised that quite possibly this watch is the combination of two older watches, being that it is in fact genuine.

Well, bnewbie is gospel, but this thing looks very odd to me. It's not as bad as I thought it was, but I am having a hard time believing that it is a marriage of real parts.
