After googling it and seeing the fakes. Is there a way to tell the Bret emer fakes ? Came with box papers ect

Real. The fakes of this model are very poor.

Looks good to me.

Im sure there is a bit of kit you can test the watch in/on to make sure it's working properly (although this could be the newer model ?!), I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction.

As Adrian said, it's real. There are no remotely good Emergency fakes.
