No I don't.Its attitudes like yours that allow con men to flourish. So it's the victims fault?

.....there are good fakes and that is something we need to help people not getting conned with, and then there are "things" that do not even remotely look like a breitling and in this case, yes... is is partly the victim's fault for being gullible... not a judgement, a fact of life, i think...

If a listing clearly states that the watch is fake I'm not concerned...

... if it states / implies that it is real then I think that it deserves my attention to report regardless of how 'good' the fake is.

... not everyone is familiar with every model.

Not everyone does research on what a Breitling 'should' look like...

Roffensian wrote: Not everyone does research on what a Breitling 'should' look like... i do think it is common sense that anyone prepared to spend hundreds or even thousands of £/$/€ on a watch should have a fairly good idea of how it should look like... would you - or anybody sensible you know - buy a louis vuitton suitcase for several thousand £/$/€ on ebay without trying to find out "how it should look like"? not being a specialist is one thing; being on another planet is another one. it does not stop me from reporting, etc., but i am just flabbergasted to see what some people are buying... hence my comment.
