Super Avenger is a great watch model in the Brielting range.
Each to their own. Personal taste plays a lot in the selection of a watch, and I appreciate anyone who wishes to have a diamond bezel. I understand the factory does not embrace the idea of diamond bezels and their offer is very limited to just one or two models.
So, the offer of bezel decoration is usually from 3rd parties (aftermarket). One would assume this EBay offer has the original as well as this modified bezel, and that the original bezel has not been drilled out for the diamond install?
Its also handy to have the original if you need to send your watch in for service, and can slip it back on the watch. That way, the only bezel the AD has to take responsibility for is the original.
The watch registration looks like its from October 2005, so as the description goes, the seller was a "younger person then" (7 odd years ago) so I can only conclude he is older now, which ipso facto, means that living in NY must prematurely age its inhabitants. Or perhaps living with this model Avenger ages the wearer prematurely!
Caveat emptor.... usually means buyer beware!
