Anyone have any reason to suspect this isn't real?

As an aside, does anyone know if theres a difference between model a13356 and a1335611? Thanks!

That's the same ref#.
Longer ref# is full ref# and it usually goes with a dial color and bracelet/strap ref#, but shorter is more common and enough for usual marking.

Oh, because it seemed that the later model Chronomats had the a1335611 reference number?

These two digits are in use when the same ref# watch has something different (dial, hands).
It can be noticed with few variations of A17360.
