I am new to the world of Breitlings and looking to purchase my first.

I can pick up the watch immediatly, price is negotiable...
Could someone confirm it is genuine and what a fair price would be..

Agreed it is real, but you can find those for a heck of a lot less. We have multiple Authorized Dealers on this forum who sell pre-owned Breitlings for prices that are about the same as eBay and grey-market sellers. And buying from them means a warranty and a watch that was serviced properly with true Breitling parts. Buying from a non-AD is a little riskier IMO and in the long run, more expensive.
