They look at the item once it is stated as counterfeit. For obvious fakes like that, I see no reason to specify. For more difficult ones, I will sometimes copy your description. If you go to their main counterfeit page, you don't even get the description box. You just enter the number and the report is filed. http://contact.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl ... ica%2C%20c And for that particular item, it was reported for a shipping violation as well given the $500 shipping violates the Excessive Shipping Policy, which they seem to be really aggressive with. Forgive my somewhat crude language. |
