Post subject:  Bentley faux or real?

I've been enjoying my Super Avenger for a while and have noticed nice watches when I go out all the time now. Definitely a fun hobby!

After a friend noticed my new watch, we talked about his collection. I wanted to get into a Bentley 48.xx MM originally but I later decided to start off with an SA to see which kind of Bentley I should get.

My friend let me look at his 2 Breitlings and let me take some pictures. These were gifts from his GF for his Birthday.

After taking the pictures, I tried figuring out which model they were. What threw me off was the the tourbillion at 6 o'clock. It does not resemble the Mulliner, and I doubt he'd have 2 of those rare pieces.

Here are the pictures, what model is this?

I couldn't believe they would tell me it's real. I cannot find any sources that this was even offered.

There's a lot of those fakes on eBay exactly like that.

It's disappointing he would tell me they were real. Wow

I wouldn't dare tell him, or ask if he knows!

Total garbage. I've seen the date count up to 38 on these models.

Answered in your other thread.
No need for double posting.

Unless your buddy's GF is a CFO of a Fortune 500 or independently wealthy, it seems unlikely she could purchase two authentic models...for that sum of money, you could purchase a Ferrari...

We must be trying to set a world record for the number of duplicate threads on the forum this month. Yet again, please do not double post - merged with the other thread.

I posted in the vintage 1st on accident, noticed that, deleted the thread (I thought) and made the one in the correct section. Apologies.
