Bit of a strange one this IMHO.

A Longitude is a mechanical not a quartz/battery operated Breitling, and why sell the watch head on a different listing to the bracelet?

Looks to me like the hands and crown are wrong, but my eyes aren't good enough to call it fake from that photo.

I reported it "Watch is mechanical, does not use batteries, if batteries then fake"

I prefer to be sure when making accusations that pieces are fake.

I'm pretty sure that no real Breitling uses Quartz/Battery powered movement and a 12-9-6 subdial layout

I agree, but there is a real Emergency that has a thread in the main forum which is listed as "Mechanical" - that's not automatically fake because of the mistake, and I just can't tell from the photos of this piece whether it is real or not - let's face it, people make mistakes on listings.

I did not report. It's wayyyy too blurry to tell IMO. The bracelet looks pretty legit tho IMO but again, super blurry. With that said, I always find it sketchy when sellers are listing something that when listed well, can bring as much as $1,000+ more than if it is listed crappy, and so the extra time making good listings and photos is well spent (and people know this)...and yet they use 1 or 2 blurry pictures and a description that a 5 year old could make. Personally I'd never buy from such a listing but that's just me.

Head is fake for sure and reported.
Bracelet is Speed fake, probably taken off the same head, but with that photo can't be sure, so didn't report it.
