Clearly states "non-genuine" several times in large bold type so not an issue for me. |

Yeah I don't have an issue with this, it's just an aftermarket strap. I get the logo thing, but if Breitlign doesn't care enough to protect their logo then I don't see why I should. I'm much more interested in protecting someone from getting scammed and that's not going to happen here. |

I was under the impression it was against eBay rules to use another company's trademarks/logos without permission? It says Breitling and he specifies in the description but not the title...then again if someone buys without reading the description, than I suppose it is more shame on them rather than the seller. |

There is clearly no attempt to deceive. If eBay doesn't want to police themselves, and Breitling doesn't care enough to do anything about it then I don't think that it's my job too. |
