Fake. The lume dots on the dial are off-centre are there does not appear to be a regulator on the movement's escapement

There is actually a regulator, it's just the wrong style. Shock absorption is also wrong as is the plate finishing, especially the edges.

Yes now you mention it, the incabloc spring is the wrong shape.

thank you for your response. but I wonder how much is it worth anyway. Is that good or bad "replica"? (I won't buy it, just wondering)

It is pretty decent replica.
For most folks here, it doesn't have any value.
This is forum about genuine Breitling watches, but there are some reps forums on the net also.

Without looking at the movement, how were you able to tell this is fake? I understand about the lume blobs, but other than that, anything stand out? Thanks

Numbers on bezel are wrong. Number 10 and 15 (1).

Too thin date font, pearl should be sunken, pushers are slightly longer.

Excellent, thanks - I definitely see the difference in the 1 in the bezel and the pearl.

This is what I see that looks fishy... Not everyone likes these markups but that is how I compare two things to see differences.

You actually bought out quite a few other things I did not notice - so yes, it's helpful, thanks for doing that.
