Case/bezel ok but hands definitely wrong and I've never seen an Arabic dial on this model:

Yeah the dial is fake for sure, looks like a franken.

Case is real. Movement is a 251.262.

The dial is from a Chrono Avenger M1 - at least the yellow part is. No idea on the black chapter ring.

Hand set is non original.

The crystal looks domed to me whereas my Chrono Shark is flat so probably non-original.

Definite Franken. Hope the buyer knew what he was getting.
