As seller admits the pics are stock, I think this is a risk a buyer would have to accept. I do report stock pics where I think it is reasonable for a buyer to assume they are of the actual watch. I dont tend to report use of professional stock pics unless there is some other indication of a fake in the listing. |

I can see both sides of this, but can't see anything good coming from this listing so reported as suspected fraudulent to at least get a record for a future buyer claim. |
