Post subject:  Winding a Breitling Chronometer Navitimer...

Hello all, I am trying to wind this watch given to me by my uncle. Its a Breitling Chromometer Navigator, however it will not wind up. I tried to find some information on how to wind it, and it will not wind by either movement on my wrist or twisting the crown (which I understand is the middle knob). I have tried shaking it vigorously for 2-3 minutes and the hand doesnt move. I have also tried to turn it counter clockwise for many many turns, and then turn clockwise for even more and I feel no resistance at all. From what I have read, I should feel some sort of resistance like its trying to wind. The watch has been in storage for at least 2-3 years and I was wondering how to get it in working operation again. Any help would be appreciated, as I do not know much about watches. Thanks.

sorry, but this watch is a very cheap, bad fake. any attempts at repair will be quite futile.

quite easily, as it only has basic similarities with the original. bezel, dial, subdials, caseback, date font, crown wrong, pushers but no chronograph.
