Looking for a little assistance identifying whether or not this is a fake.

Everything about it looks good, the Date number "11" has the proper serifs on top, and the rest of the "1"'s are non-serif.

The Serial number on the watchband is 3298

3298 simply means that it was produced in week 32 (mid August) of 1998.

Thanks Guys!! The 32nd week of 98 does jibe with the timing of this watch's production run, correct?

yes, watch was produced 95 - 02, but that doesn't mean much directly - that's the date that the bracelet was produced, not necessarily the watch.
