Not even close. It is not a chronograph and nothing Breitling ever made looks remotely like that. A very cheap fake.

Slow down....

Decide on a budget, and look over the models here to see what you like. Better to spend the money and have a good watch that will last.

Im going to buy used, just because I see how the values depreciate and im a little short on cash im between the 500 and 700 range. I do like some of the classic models from the 50s but do not know much about them or any current model as you all can obviously see.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated

That budget might be tough to work with because a lot in that range will probably need servicing, or be due for it. To be honest for $700 I'd go to another brand (like Hamilton)and get something that's in new condition.
