Out of interest, what is eBay's policy on fakes? Would they accept the listing if someone plainly stated that an item was 'a replica watch'? Or is that a copyright infringement which should be removed, period?

Very impressed by the vigilance on here re these matters.

It is not allowed to list replica,s or fakes on ebay especialy if it is stated in the listing.The last page when listing says in red " If you dont know if the item is genuine DO NOT LIST "fairly plain to anyone.
