Hi guys,

There's a jewellery auction coming up in about a weeks time and they have 2 watches Im interested in. One being a SA and the other being this Chrono. Im a little worried about the diamond set. The diamonds look as if they're too far apart. Your thoughts?

They only have one photo of the watch which is what I've posted and the description reads:

LOT 063
Gents gold, diamond and stainless steel Breitling Chronometre Automatic wrist watch. The watch has a mother of pearl face set with 16 diamonds, 3 sub dials and a date window. The watch has a brown leather wrist band.

The watch is real but the diamonds look smaller that others I've seen. Maybe it's just the lighting.

When you say the diamonds are smaller, that was one of the problems I had. Is it possible that the watch is genuine but they've swapped the dial with a fake?

Don't know about diamonds, but dial is genuine.
