Thanks for the help! Were these watches only made in the 80/90's, the picture from above looks like a newer style. What years would the one I have posted be from and retail? Thanks! |

Chronomats have been made from 1984 onwards. The Yaching version is from the late 80s to early 90s. You might be able age it more accurately from the model ref. no. on the back. This number changed from 81950 to B13047 circa 1990/91. |

 and  The Chronomat Yachting was made during 1989-95. The dials changed subtly over the years and looking at the pic, I'd say it was from 1993/94. If you have the watch to hand, ref numbers on the case back are also an indication of when the watch would have been made/sold. An A at the start of the ref# means all steel whereas a B means the watch has gold pushers/crown. 1989/90 - 81950 1990/91 - A13047/81.950 1991/92 - A13047 1993/94 - A13048 1995/96 - A13050 |
