Hi 1st Breitling and 1st post here. Didn't know there was such a section - very helpful - please look. Just acquired via WUS from "author" No reason to believe its fake as he has good references and guaranteed w/refund if not. Still, there's nothing worse than creeping doubt. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you -- jaw |

It's real, but it's not a vintage piece so I moved it to the right place. |

Thank you - and my apologies. I promise it will be quite some time before I have the opportunity to post the next one properly. ![]() |

Very nice looking, what is the functionality of the dial that has up to 100 on it? |

There isn't a decent fake of a Montbrillant Legende, it's dial etc is too complex and the differences would be obvious to us. There are some Breitling models that have very good fakes - sometimes the only way to tell is the date font. But yours is 100% absolutely positively Genuine. No doubt about it. (I seem to be repeating myself). |

This one IS correct, but Tom, sadly you are wrong when you think there are no decent Legende fakes, here is an example of a frighteningly good one: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=32877&p=243039#p243039 |
