Yes that's a bad Navitimer fake. The bezel rim is too thick and the subdials are wrong.

NO, it is a fake. Here is what a real D13022 Navitimer looks like. In addition to the the subdial markings and their spacing being wrong, and the bezel being the wrong shape, the bezel should be gold on the 'D' version.

I split this out from the thread that you originally posted it in because it had nothing to do with that.

I suggest that your Dad tries to get his money back because it's a $10 fake.

Edit, I have also merged the duplicate and triplicate posts on this. Please don't multi post.

Edit 2 - just found a fourth post, that has to be a record!

@ the OP, it doesn't matter how many times you post it this watch is a cheap, nasty fake.

Does it make sense to come to a forum asking a question of experienced members, and then tell them the answer? Your watch is fake, as has been confirmed by many experienced members. Your stories don't make sense, and in fact sound exactly like the kinds of stories accompanying sales of fake watches on eBay and elsewhere. Whether you're making them up, or you're gullible enough to believe them, I don't know. Given your spammer behavior, though, I suspect the former, and I have wonder what the point of your posts are. It doesn't seem like you need or want our help. If you do, you're sure not doing a very good job of going about getting it.
