+1 - "'Quality' fake, but errors in tick marks, specifically length of mark at 1 is wrong (too long)."

Interesting, should the markings all be the same length?

Yeap, banton dial Evos like this should have short sec marks at the cardinals (ie. 1, 14,16,,29,31,44,46,59).
This one is typical of fakes in that they are not only the wrong, they are not even a consistent length.

Reported post-sale.

Obviously the person making this replica should not have done that - if they made the markers the same length would you have passed this off as real?

I wouldn't pass anything as real on that pic. There is enough to rule it out and call "fake." Date font is almost never right on fakes, even the better ones. The Evo and Steelfish they put out are scary.

Sharkmouth maintains the definitive replica ID site and Admin has video primers/reviews of the better Evo and Steelfish on here (or maybe just the youtube channel).
