Hello guys! This is my first post, hopefully I'm at the right place.
Ok, so I'm about to buy my first Breitling. These are the ones I'm interested in:

Both have paperwork and it do look real to my eye.
The dates are in the right place, the bad thing is I can't really see if the logo is right.
You might ask why I am worried even if they have paperwork. Well, someone told me that lots of times "they" fake the paperwork.. And that someone is a good friend of my parents. And the thing is, I never bought anything of the internet that expensive and my parents will have to do the money transaction. So the one would have to be genuine xD

Is there maybe any other way to maybe ask for the "serial numbers" (is that what they call it?) and then verify the authenticity of the watches?

So, in general, what do the experts here say about the watches?

Thanks in advance!

They are both quite real. :real: :real: Nothing to worry about.

For both the Chronomat and Chrono Colt Quartz, close fakes did not exist in the era they were discontinued or for years thereafter. I wasn't until around the Chronomat Evo era that the fake industry started to get serious.

:yeahthat

Any Chrono Quartz with correct sub-dials is real.

There are fakes of early Chronomats but they're easy to spot.
