as stated in the OP, I did contact the seller, thinking it might be an honest mistake.

received a very friendly reply what made me think it was not authentic:

"May I ask what leads you to believe this item is fake? If you can tell me what leads you to believe it is I will happily unlist it. I make it a habit to only sell high quality authentic merchandise, as you saw in my FB.
My husband told me he bought it from Breitling in the Bahamas. However, my husband is now in his eighties so I will ere on the side of caution.
Thank you for your concern with this listing, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
~Annie"

after replying in detail, she said she would "end it immediately" on August 6:

"Thank you very much for your kind and speedy reply.
I am going to immediately de-list this because I'd rather be safe than sorry, and I have enough merchandise that I know for sure is authentic. However, I havent had to do that on a auction before. I dont suppose you know how to end it early do you? If not, no biggie, I'll post on the ebay help forums.
I think I'll probably just mark the item as a "WATCH" and throw in it one of my cases around town here in Indianapolis for a couple hundred dollars, as authentic or not, it would still be a nice watch for someone to wear.
Thanks
-Annie"

Apparently she has been trying to find out how to end the listing for the last 2 days ...

Am afraid we´ll have to keep reporting post sale.

Its ok Fred, looking at the feedback, it appears 'bentley_boi' has hi-jacked the auction.
