A small copied stock pic ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/liquidinpl ... 407292674/ ), received as a present, very glib description and attitude. That's enough for me to report.

Very unlikely as the Flicker user is based in Nevada, but seller is in NE England.
Also, given that the flicker user is an accomplished photographer with a varied and interesting portfolio, I think he would use better pics for his Ebay listings than a thumbnail shot.

And if I was generous enough to give my nephew a $6,000 watch, I would at least make sure he likes it and knows exactly which model it was.

It all passes my test of beyond reasonable doubt!

I agree, but I don't see anything that meets eBay's standards for reporting.

We have have in the past reported similar suspect listings that use copied stock pics.

Reported as not using his own picture of item for sale,would like to report his literacy skills but thats no crime :lol:

Yes, and if we can prove that they aren't his pics then eBay will remove.

Probably a scam but no proof until fake watch sent out
