99% sure that you are right, but there were some weird black ones in the 70s so would like to see more photos. Model number doesn't make much sense though.

Case looks correct for a 11068 and there were lots of variants both auto and quartz so possibly real.

Agreed but I don't think it will ever be possible to be 100% sure with Breitlings from this era.
