a question to our lawyers on the forum. if ebay knowingly lets a sale like this one go through, are they not accomplices to fraud ? we are not talking about 5 or 10 bucks for fake t-shirts, but relevant sums. |

They will just fall back on their dispute resolution procedure. On this one you have to wonder if someone hijacked the sellers account. The items she sells are very different than this item. I don't know enough about eBay to know if it is even possible. |
