I am new to the forum, joining because of the following "Bentley Motors Special Edition" watch being up for auction locally: https://ebid.nashville.gov/AuctionImage ... 4645ca.JPG https://ebid.nashville.gov/AuctionImage ... b2c556.JPG I would imaginbe this is a replica, since I have seen nothing quite so gaudy. Could you sall educate me as to the other reasons? |

Yes it is a fake Bentley Motors model. The subdials are far too close together, their marking are wrong and date window position is wrong. Here's a what a real one looks like to compare: http://www.blowers-jewellers.co.uk/imag ... S12918.htm |

thank you so much for the explanation and the photo. I can see the difference now. the fake one is now selling at auvtion for a bid in excess of $1,200.00. wow! |
