Hey, this is really sketchy. I know I shouldn't purchase watches on Ebay, but the photos seem reassuring. Is there any other ways to tell? The seller is willing to show me any additional photos of the watch (i.e. the bottom of the watch/strap/etc.)

Check that the serial numbers match between watch, warranty and COSC, but it's real.

What do you think is sketchy about it? The watch itself appears to be real. The boxes and paperwork also seem to be in order. As Roff said, make sure the numbers all match. The story could be true, could be bogus; hard to know. The starting price is on the low end of reasonable for a used SOII in good condition; it is low for a BNIB, but if she got it for free, she may just be looking for an easy sale. Her willingness to take other photos on request is a good sign.
