Thjis is responce I got from seller

(((((hello there, thanks for your interest.
sorry, i am not dealing with omega.
movement number is F4002 or F4007 the "F" is surrounded by a cloud.
can't be more specific, as the numbers are faded and my eyes are not the best,
though i used a magnifying glass, too check.
hope this helps to veryfy it is not a japanese replica.
watch has been restored by my local watchmaker,
who might have used some replacement parts to restore this one,
as it was in a very rough shape, when i've purchased it from its original owner.))))))

The ones I have sitting in front of me are just like the one on ebay with no swiss marking at all and chesy cement holding dials on?

That doesnt look genuine at all to me;

apart from the really bad finishing on the bridges and movt spacer, the Breitling logo is wrong - it doesnt even have the anchor defined separately from the Wings.

Just looked at the Ebay listing:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/110711960120?ru=h ... 826wt_1141

There is no model ref. no. or serial no. on the caseback and the shape of the wings logo on the back is similarly incorrect as the one on the movement.
The watch is a fake, its a generic military watch with Breitling branding later applied to add value.

Generic watch with Breitling markings added. No genuine Breitling watches have both the B logo as on the dial and the wings logo as on the case back/movement.

Reported.

Morning All,
Thank you for replies, and thank you again for helping keep the trades pure.

The man who brought me the two watches that are here for repair , got one on ebay and the seller sold him a few more off line, He had a very hard time when I told him the guy was selling him fake watches ( the rest were all sold off line offer to him.) Sad part the guy he got them from keeps telling him they were real.

I did convince him and his wife to contact paypal late last night.

And when I punched in Fake bretlings in google, I was floored that sites selling fake watches, just amazing, I thought there were trade mark laws? This is just nuts.

When I get my new site up and running, I'll try to do my part in warning people. :popo:

Gotta run, I'll be back to visit read and chat again THANK YOU - ALL OF YOU :lingsrock:

Hello All

I guess doing the right thing with reporting people can get ugly. I let the guy know who I was. I'll personaly keep fighting just as all of you. This seller used some pretty nasty things in my ebay messages- but that is price I'm willing to pay ebay has gotten involved big time.

I will visit your site and make reports to ebay as well , we can not stop all of them but just maybe we can stop a newbee from being out alot of money like one of my new clients.

Have a great day and THANK YOU FOR THE SITE

Sorry to read you're getting abuse.

If you're going to scam people, at least have the decency to hold your hands up when you get caught!
