Hey guys I ran into this listing on ebay. The watch looks like it has been run over by an 18-wheeler.
But still not sure if it is the real deal? And if it is, would it be a good investment to get it serviced, repolished, and a new
band?

Watch is real.

Is it worth it - depends what's wrong with it. A full service and cost restoration is going to be getting on for $500, but in that condition you don't know if there will be other problems that will add to the cost. Being quartz there is less to go wrong, but if it needs a new movement...........

Strap needn't be expensive, the deployant is there so if you go calf it will only be $100 or so.

Well I have this watch repair guy I've been going to for awhile. He says he will charge me $60 for full polishing and cleaning
including the buckle and a putting in a new battery. And around a $100 to clean the inside and put COA in the movement or something. Roff could you be a bud and find out what am I looking at if the whole movement is messed up and if I have to get a new one, and for an exact cost for an all stainless steel band. I would love to surprise my girlfriend with this.

I would never just send it to a 'watch guy', it needs a Breitling approved service, especially in that condition. You'll have to contact BUSA for a price on the movement, a new Pro II bracelet lists for a bit over $500 after the increase earlier this year I believe.
