Crown's a replacement, maybe the pushers too, but broadly correct for an 1159. The dial looks a little off around the B / Breitling, but I think that's just wear. |

 You don't see any outright fakes of this vintage Breitlings but wear and tear and non-original replacement parts can make the watch look different. I'm no expert on vintage pieces but if the movement looks OK, that's usually an indication the piece is basically OK. |

I think the dial was originally white,it's not refinished too well around the batons, or the 9.00 oclock subdial, Breitling logo looks like it was done with a Tipex correction pen. |
