Looks fake to me.

I assume that it's supposed to be an Old Navitimer II.

I've never seen an old Navi with only three numbers on the subdials - compare with here - http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_de ... er_21.html

The photo of the caseback isn't very good, but the caseback does look quite good stamping which is throwing me a little.

the seller told me that watch is from the 1980, a dont know how breitling looked back than, but it have eta 7750 mechanizam i thing, and the seller is willing to go to AD to prove authenticity...

It's not from 1980 because they weren't producing pieces between 1978 and 1984.

It does look real, but not a model I recognize - do you know what the numbers on the back are?

no cant tell from pics. serial number start 87 and ih has only 4numbers.. cant tell last two

Yeah you're right - I think that it's an Old Navitimer - A13019 rather than an 81610. If it's an 81610 then the hand set is non original.

Not an expert on these older models but I've never seen a replica like this. The 6-9-12 replicas are usually based on the Fighters model.
