Re-reported as well. Seller has 8498 99.9% feedback score so I would imagine they are reluctant to pull it.

"Why are you not removing this cheap fake? Someone is going to get badly stung at this rate. It's irrelevant how many sales the vendor has made, it's still a very bad fake. Everything is wrong about it. Bezel, sub-dials, hands, case back. And I bet the s/n is 1111 but the fuzzy picture prevents me confirming this. "

A seller with less than 100 feedback would have had this listing removed instantly. I suspect eBay have asked the seller to remove it voluntarily because of his high sales volume.
