Post subject: | REAL Or FAKE SA |
Hi all, I'm a new member and I just bought this watch on ebay and was wondering if it is real or fake. I think it's real, but I'd love to have some experts chime in and give me there opinion. The last tid-bit of information I'd like to give about this watch is that it's supposedly coming from a member of this forum named "Time Bandit". Let's say everything on the outside of the watch is authentic wouldn't it also be a good thing to get the internals checked out? It will arrive at my doorstep tomorrow morning, so I still don't have it yet. Thanks in advance!! ![]() |

It's real. I don't think I quite understand your question concerning the insides. Are you saying check it out for normal wear and tear and function or for the possibility of it being fake? |

So if the watch on the outside is authentic then is it safe to say that the internal mechanisms that make the watch work are real too? |

But I can't imagine anyone taking a genuine and putting a fake movement inside. Make sure the serial number on the watch matches the paperwork (cosc and warranty book) and you should be OK. |
