I honestly don't know about this.

I guess the fact that it has a Breitling logo on it makes it a 'fake', but it's clearly being sold as a movie prop watch so no intent to deceive.

I can't imagine Breitling, SA approved this use of their brand name on a fake watch

I dunno - if Breitling had a problem with it, a movie production company would be a great target for an intellectual property lawsuit. If they're not kicking up a fuss, that could indicate tacit approval.

As for the sale itself, that's a tough call. While technically it is a fake watch, it's also a piece of movie memorabilia, and is being sold as such. I don't know where that fits in terms of eBay's policies. Personally, I don't have a problem with it.

No attempt to deceive potential buyers so, imho, no reason to report it.

If Breitling SA don't like it, let their lawyers do something about it.

That is strange as a big budget film like Iron Man would use real real watches rather than replicas I would have thought.
