I honestly don't know about this. I guess the fact that it has a Breitling logo on it makes it a 'fake', but it's clearly being sold as a movie prop watch so no intent to deceive. |

If they're not kicking up a fuss, that could indicate tacit approval. As for the sale itself, that's a tough call. While technically it is a fake watch, it's also a piece of movie memorabilia, and is being sold as such. I don't know where that fits in terms of eBay's policies. Personally, I don't have a problem with it. |

No attempt to deceive potential buyers so, imho, no reason to report it. If Breitling SA don't like it, let their lawyers do something about it. |

That is strange as a big budget film like Iron Man would use real real watches rather than replicas I would have thought. |
