| Post subject: | Buying used super avenger Pics added |
Looking at buying a used 2007 super avenger. Its a real nice watch but there is no history on it, papers, etc. I had Breitling dealer check it out and its legit and he ran the serial number on it. Just wanted to know opinion on how much the lake of papers hurts the value of the watch before I buy. Can get for around 2k. |

$2000 is a very good price for a SA on bracelet, even without papers. Id say your very close to "too good to be true" territory. I know you said the dealer checked it out, but id still be leery. Post pics of it here if you can for confirmation of its authenticity. |

Looks good to me, going to have it checked out by Breiting dealer to make sure it dosent have any issues. If everything works on the watch, date, time, chrono, can I assume it dosent have any issues or could there be issues that will turn up after watch is running for a few weeks? |

Well it's not exactly like a car where you can pour sawdust into the crankshaft and it will run fine for a week. If it's operating correctly, has adequate power reserve, and is keeping reasonable time, that's all you can ask. Nice looking watch BTW |

That's funny. As soon as i read this thread last night , before the pics, I said to myself " it's gotta be a blue face for 2k". At least it's on the better pro 2 bracelet. Looks real to me. Grab it! |

There are some replicas out there with a genuine dial so I'd always be wary if buying without papers. If Breitling have checked out the s/n as legit, you should be OK. |
