Granted they suck, but since he clearly stated that they're fake did he really do anything wrong here? Other than selling crap of course.

It is a violation of ebay's policy to sell replicas. Ebay should remove it on their own but they rarely do without some encouragement. :)

Didn't realize that, thanks. I just thought it was against policy to try to pass off a replica, I like the word fake more, as a real watch.
