this is not a chronomat for sure.

Maybe I'm just a fascist, but I'm of the opinion that any watch listing with pictures that poor should be banned on principle alone, regardless of whether the watch is real or not. As for your original question, I'm with Toro - definitely not a Chronomat. Looks like a Colt variant. I have no idea if it's real or not.

With that dial layout the only colt chrono that it could be is a late 90s auto and arabics look wrong for that. 99% sure it's fake, but can't tell for sure with those pictures.
