reported also, and messaged seller that he will never find "papers" as these chinese made fakes never had them to begin with. asked him to end auction early. we'll see what happens.

A quick check on Google brings up possibilities as diverse as, "routine health information systems," "Rain and Hail Insurance Society," and, "River Heights Intermediate School." Assuming our good seller didn't mean any of these, we're left to guess. I'll take a stab and say, "Really, how is that so?" But I really don't know.
