Date window width in correlation with the "Breitling" logo beneath it are the usual giveaway on the 6.75 but I can't be certain on this one. My gut says fake but then I think real too. I would wait for one of the other guys. Not sure here. |

As br549 says it passes the test for these - the date window not extending over the B and G of Breitling, so I can't see anything to report. |

I was looking at this watch. I emailed the seller and asked for serial number and better photos. He sent me a few more photos but not amazing quality- can't really make out the anchor on the second hand. I emailed him again as he didn't send the serial number, also asking for more photos of the band (sides), both sides of the case and also the movement if possible. He hasn't replied since. These are the photos he sent me. The things that concern me are that in the listing he says to have a look at his listing for a Rolex- but when you do a search he doesn't have any active or completed listings for a Rolex that I could see, he hasn't given me the serial number or confirmed it is genuine, I've never seen a Bentley Breitling with the black B on the case back and also it appears to have a black centre pin for the hands which I thought was a tell-tale for a fake. I also think the stamping on the clasp looks a bit overdone? What do you think? I'm pretty sure it is a fake- even the band looks wrong. Obviously I'm only new at the game of spotting these fakes so I'll see what the experts here have to say! |
