Is this real? I have had no idea what Turkey is like for un real stuff, unlike East Asia.

You need to distinguish between legitimate traders, who do exist, and the masses of sellers of fake watches for the tourists. This looks to be a real Chronomat from the early 1990s.

Turkey is probably the biggest source of fake watches in Europe as they appear to have no interest whatsoever in stopping sales of counterfeit watches. Below is a pic I took in Marmaris.

I saw shops like that when I was last in Turkey. "Genuine Fakes" Well of course. We would not want fake fakes would we? :lol:
