Reminds me of this 5516 from the 1957.
Seller states model ref is 5620 so it's not beyond the realms of possibility it could be real.
Since I know nothing about vintage pieces, I don't feel qualified to report this one.

A Breitling gold case would always be 18K / 0.750, but no reason to think that the dial is wrong. |
