No attempt to defraud, nothing to report.

There are a lot of these on eBay - some sold with the Chinese brand name. They are clearly Breitling designs but if Breitling doesn't want to do anything about it then I don't see that we need to.

I still am , end of the day, they will probably get sold to someone who will then sell it as a breitling, which we will then be reporting

Sorry, I don't follow that logic. That's like saying (to use a non political analogy) that you have to ban the sale of pesticide because someone will use it to poison someone.

There is nothing wrong with these watches beyond a design rip off, and there are a lot of recognized brands that do the same thing.

If they had Breitling on the dial it would be different.
